Affiliate Rewards

If an organizer assigned you an affiliate profile, this page shows your event referral link and tracked reward progress. Campaign rules and reward availability depend on the organizer.

Before you start

Sign in with the account the organizer assigned. Have the event name ready. For commission details, have your own payout account information available for an allowed method.

Find your affiliate record

1. Open Affiliate Rewards

Go to Affiliate Rewards. An organizer must create an affiliate profile for your account before an event record appears.

No affiliate rewards yet does not provide self-enrollment or an application. Ask the organizer whether you should have an assigned record, and confirm you are signed into the intended account.

2. Check the event and campaign status

Review the event record and whether it is Active or Inactive. Use View event to read current event details before promoting it.

3. Understand the reward setup

Review the attendee discount, tracked regos, tracked sales, reward total, reward setup, and unlocked rewards when shown. Campaigns may use milestones, points, or commission; read this event’s setup rather than assuming another event’s rules apply.

For example, a milestone reward may unlock after a stated number of eligible registrations. A commission setup may calculate a monetary reward under separate rules. The displayed setup explains which applies.

Copy and share your referral link

1. Find Your affiliate link

Use the copy action beside Your affiliate link. It copies the assigned event link rather than the general events page.

2. Paste it without changing it

Share the complete generated link with interested attendees. Removing parts can lose the information needed to connect an eligible signup to your campaign.

3. Review progress later

Return to the event record to check tracking. Eligible signups are credited under campaign rules. The link does not guarantee a discount, slot, approved registration, or reward.

Expected result: your assigned link is ready to share, and you can review progress in your account. The organizer controls eligibility and fulfillment.

Save commission payout details

1. Check for Commission payout

A commission record can show Commission payout. If absent, follow the campaign’s reward instructions rather than assuming it pays cash.

2. Choose an allowed method

Select Payout method from the available choices. With no configured methods, saving is unavailable; ask the organizer about payout arrangements.

3. Enter and review your details

Fill in Account name and Account number for that method. Compare every character against your own payment account. Add an Optional payout note only if the organizer needs extra instructions. Never include a password, PIN, or sign-in code.

4. Save and confirm

Choose Save payout details and wait for confirmation. To change the receiving account later, update the details and save again.

Expected result: the organizer has your payout instructions. This is not a withdrawal request, and there is no withdrawal action on this page. Ask the organizer about fulfillment and timing.

Common problems and next steps

No affiliate record	Check the account and ask whether the organizer assigned a profile.
Inactive record	Check campaign rules before expecting new tracking or rewards.
Referral progress unclear	Review the current campaign record and ask about eligibility; do not promise credit before it appears.
Cannot save payout details	Check required fields and configured methods; use the offered retry for loading problems.
Reward has not been paid	Ask about fulfillment timing; this page tracks rewards and saves details.
