Overview
Most payment-related work happens in Transactions. Regosite can show event regos, event shop orders, POS transactions, gifts, and Dealers Den records. Each record has its own status, amount, payment method, and organizer review state.
Payments are usually reviewed by the organizer, not automatically confirmed the moment you upload proof. Keep your reference, proof image, and account details until the organizer marks the record confirmed.

Payment evidence
Good evidence shows the amount, date, receiving account or QR destination, sender reference, and transaction number. Do not upload unrelated screenshots or proofs for a different event.
