Overview
Event-day tasks depend on what you registered for. You may need a rego reference, wallet pass, shop order claim QR, volunteer or staff shift, Dealers Den record, or inclusion claim.
Open Regosite before arriving if you expect poor onsite connectivity. Make sure you know which Transactions record belongs to the event.
Prepare before arriving
- Check rego status: Confirmed or paid statuses are usually stronger than pending or submitted.
- Find your reference: Some references unlock only after confirmation.
- Open useful pages: Transactions, event detail, shop order detail, staffing, volunteering, and notifications.
- Charge your device: Keep battery available for check-in and claim counters.
- Read organizer instructions: Follow the event’s own check-in, ID, and claim requirements.
