Staff and volunteer areas
Regosite can show Staffing and Volunteering pages when your account has relevant event records. These pages may stay hidden until you are assigned, accepted, or the event publishes roster information.
Volunteer applications
Volunteer opportunities can include custom questions, conditions documents, open and close windows, subsidy details, and review status. Submitted does not mean accepted.
Shift tracking
If shift tracking is enabled, your roster may show scheduled, on-shift, or completed states. Some events allow self-service shift start or end within a time window. Others require authorized staff approval.
- Check roster publication: If the roster is not published, details may be hidden.
- Read shift location: Confirm where you are expected to report.
- Use self-service only when allowed: If authorization is required, ask the assigned lead.
- Keep notes accurate: Shift records can affect event operations and subsidies.
