Overview
Most Regosite issues come from account state, stale browser tabs, incomplete profile setup, missing event windows, payment review delays, or using the wrong transaction record.
Start with the common problems page, then contact support with specific evidence if the issue continues.
First checks
- Refresh the page: Use a fresh load before retrying a form action.
- Confirm sign-in: Make sure the account shown in the top bar is the account that owns the rego or order.
- Check profile setup: Complete profile requirements if redirected.
- Check event timing: Buttons may disappear outside open windows.
- Check Transactions: Existing records usually live there after submission.
