Start here when you need a quick answer. Follow the linked guide when you are ready to do the task; it explains what to prepare, each step, and how to check the result.

I saved my answers early. Am I registered?

Saving a prefill means your answers are ready to reuse when registration opens. You still need to return to the event, choose an available ticket, review your answers, and complete the booking and payment steps shown. A prefill does not hold a place for you. If the event offers a prefill reward, read its details before using it; a registration discount and a shop coupon are used separately.

Follow Prefills and Waitlists to save answers and return at the right time.

Does joining the waitlist confirm entry?

Joining the waitlist means you are waiting for an available place. If you receive an offer, open it and read the deadline. Accept it before the offer expires, then finish registration within the separate completion time shown. Check your booking afterward; joining the list or accepting an offer alone does not finish registration.

Follow Prefills and Waitlists for the complete offer-to-booking process.

Can I register a group?

Yes, when the event offers group registration. The person arranging the group selects friends who can join, chooses each person’s ticket and extras, and reviews the group’s shared payment. Agree on those choices with your friends first so you can enter the right details. Each member has an individual registration to check afterward.

Follow Group Registration for preparation, member selection, pricing, and payment.

Is a gift automatically ready to use?

The recipient still needs to redeem the gift and complete the steps shown for their own registration. Paying for a gift does not automatically complete the recipient’s booking. Open the gift details, check who it is for, and follow the redemption instructions. If you received a gift, use the account and link intended for you.

Follow Gifted Registration for both buying and receiving a gift.

I paid. Why am I not confirmed?

Your payment may still need the correct reference, proof, or organizer review. Open the original booking or order and read its payment status and any note. Compare the amount and reference with your receipt. Keep the receipt and ask the organizer privately if the result is unclear before making another payment.

Follow Payment Problems to work through the checks in order.

Can I edit payment proof afterward?

Open the same booking or order and look for a correction or payment-update button. Some shop orders offer this while payment is pending, submitted, or rejected. Other pages let you view your saved proof without editing it. If no correction button is shown, send the organizer the record reference and corrected information through a private support channel.

Follow Submit Payment Proof for the initial submission and correction steps.

My application is accepted. Do I still need registration?

Read the accepted application’s next action. For example, an accepted Dealers Den application can still require registration and payment. An approved volunteer application may give you access to the volunteer schedule once it is published. A saved application or activity submission is a separate record from your event booking.

Follow Applications and Activities or the Dealers Den guide for your next steps.

Why is my shop QR visible before release?

The shop QR helps staff find your order. Staff still checks whether payment is accepted and the items can be released. Bring the correct order details and read its collection instructions. Use your registration QR for event check-in and your shop QR for that order’s collection.

Follow Claim Shop Orders to prepare for collection and check what was released.

Can I use Apple Wallet?

Look at the buttons on your registration receipt. Google Wallet is available when the event offers it; an Apple Wallet button is not currently part of this receipt. You can still open the registration’s QR page when needed. Check that the registration is confirmed before relying on it for entry.

Follow Wallet Passes and QR Codes for saving and presenting your entry details.

Why is passkey sign-in disabled?

Your browser, device, or the sign-in service may not support that action right now. Choose another available sign-in method on the page. Once you are signed in, open your account’s security settings to see which passkey controls are available. Never share a password, recovery code, or sign-in link with someone offering help.

Follow Sign In and Create an Account for sign-in help, or Security and Privacy to manage your account.

Does linking Discord or Telegram guarantee event access?

Linking tells Regosite which messaging account belongs to you. You may also need to choose the event’s joining option, follow a join link, or complete registration before access is available. Read the event’s instructions and your communication settings. A linked account alone does not confirm your event ticket.

Follow Communication Settings for linking and delivery choices.

Is “Report a problem” private?

It creates a public GitHub report after you agree to publish it. Your displayed profile names, report text, and reviewed technical details may be visible to other people. Remove private receipts, QR codes, addresses, passwords, and sign-in links before submitting. For help with your payment, booking, or account details, use the organizer’s private contact channel.

Follow Report a Website Problem to review a public report safely, or Get Help to choose a private contact.
