Why settings matter
Organizers may use Regosite updates for payment review, waitlist offers, shop order status, volunteer applications, Dealers Den decisions, and event-day reminders. If your email or notification settings are stale, you may miss a time-sensitive action.
What to review

| Communications | You did not disable messages you still need for event operations. |
| Notifications | You can see unread alerts inside Regosite. |
| Affiliate rewards | Reward payout or preference details are current if you use affiliate links. |
Waitlist and review notices
Waitlist offers and organizer review decisions can expire or require action. When you are expecting an update, sign in and check Notifications as well as email.
