Profile setup

Regosite uses profile completeness as a gate before protected flows. If your profile is incomplete, you may be redirected to profile setup before you can register, buy from the event shop, apply for roles, or manage transactions.

Profile fields may be used for organizer review, badge preparation, attendee communication, and event-day lookup. Use accurate information and keep it consistent with the name or handle you expect staff to search.

Fursona records

Some events ask for a fursona or fursuiting details during registration. The My Fursonas area lets you prepare those records before you enter the event form.

1. Create the profile early: Add the fursona information before registration opens.
2. Check image requirements: If the event asks for images, upload clear artwork or references that match organizer instructions.
3. Select it during rego: When the form asks for a fursona or fursuiting fursona, choose the correct saved profile.
4. Update with care: Changing a profile after submission may not automatically update already-reviewed organizer records.

Common mistakes

• Starting a timed registration window with an incomplete profile.
• Creating duplicate fursona records because the original was hard to find.
• Using an event-specific nickname in one place and a different display name elsewhere.
