Choose your shop task
The event shop sells items such as merchandise. Buying a shop item does not automatically register you for admission. Some items require an event rego; others can be bought independently when the event allows it.

Before you start
Open the correct event on Regosite and sign in to the account you want to use as the buyer. If an item requires registration, use the account that owns the required rego.
An event’s Merch page lets you browse separately purchasable event inclusions and read their details. Select Browse Event Shop when offered to reach the shop with its actual catalog and cart. Not every event has a shop.
1. Choose the items and options
Read the product details before adding anything. Check the size or design, quantity, stock, purchase limits, and collection or delivery options. A variant means a specific option of a product, such as its size or design.
A pre-order is a purchase arranged before the item’s release. Check the event’s release timing instead of expecting immediate collection. Follow Buy event shop items for the full browsing and checkout steps.
2. Save the cart and complete checkout
A cart is your list of items before you place an order. Check each line and wait for the cart to save. A saved cart does not guarantee stock or complete a purchase.
Complete purchaser details, any item questions, collection or courier choices, discounts, payment, conditions, and final review. Fulfilment means how the items reach you: event collection or courier delivery.
3. Check that an order was created
After the final submission, wait for the order confirmation and reference. Open Shop order history and select that order.
Check payment separately from fulfilment. A receipt can still await review, and a paid item may still await production or release. Track your order for the meaning of each detail.
4. Collect or follow delivery instructions
For event collection, check the organiser’s release schedule and follow Claim shop orders. For courier delivery, follow the details and updates recorded on your order and the organiser’s instructions.
Availability, delivery countries, prices, discounts, payment methods, and release arrangements vary by event and item. If an expected option is missing, check the current event details or contact the organiser before paying.
