Overview
Event Shop is used for merch, vouchers, prints, wearables, access items, digital items, and other event-specific products. Some products are linked to an event rego, while others can be bought separately when the event allows it.
Shop orders appear under Transactions. Open the order detail page for payment updates, item list, fulfillment status, delivery or pickup details, status updates, and the claim QR when available.
Order lifecycle
- Choose items: Check size, dimensions, item type, quantity, and availability.
- Review totals: Confirm item subtotal, coupon or affiliate discounts, delivery fee, platform fee, processing fee, and grand total.
- Submit order: Follow the payment instructions shown by the event.
- Track review: Watch payment, order, and fulfillment statuses.
- Claim or receive: Use pickup QR, event release instructions, or delivery updates.
