How to select items, sizes, delivery or pickup, coupons, and payment details.

Choosing items
Read the product card before adding it. Wearables may have sizes and size guides. Prints, plushies, digital items, access items, and vouchers may have different fulfillment notes.
If an item is tied to a rego, sign in with the account that owns the event rego. Otherwise the order may not link correctly for onsite release.
Checkout checklist
- Review cart: Confirm item names, sizes, quantity, and event.
- Choose fulfillment: Select pickup or delivery when the event supports both.
- Add delivery details: If delivery is selected, enter region, address, and courier details requested by the form.
- Apply discounts: Enter coupon or affiliate codes before final review.
- Submit payment information: Use the selected payment method and upload proof if required.
After checkout
Open Transactions and choose the Event Shop order. The detail page shows payment status, order status, fulfillment status, item list, delivery or pickup instructions, and status updates visible to buyers.
