A Tour of Regosite
Find your event records, account settings, and community pages without memorizing addresses.
First created Last updated
Regosite keeps event discovery, saved records, and account settings in different places. Use this tour when you know what you want to do but are unsure where to start. You do not need to memorize page addresses.
Before you start
Sign in to see your own records. Most account pages need sign-in. Some lists stay empty until you have submitted something. Staffing and Vollies only appear when your account has the corresponding access.
Find a page from the menu
1. Open the navigation
Use the navigation visible on Regosite. On a small screen, open the site’s navigation control to reveal the page links. If a task needs sign-in, complete that first and return to the menu.
2. Choose the task you need
| Page | What you can do there |
|---|---|
| Events | Browse upcoming events and choose available actions. |
| Transactions | Find registration, shop, Dealers Den, and point-of-sale records. |
| Applications | Review event applications and decisions. |
| Affiliate Rewards | Copy assigned referral links and review rewards. |
| Staffing | View staffing information available to your account. |
| Vollies | View volunteer information available to your account. |
| My Fursonas | Save characters, artwork, and reference sheets. |
| Friends | Manage requests, connections, discovery, and shared blocks. |
| Pawsports | Review credentials, stamps, enrollment, and lost status. |
| Notifications | Read updates and manage unread messages. |
| Settings | Find profile, security, communications, Pawsport, and rewards settings. |
| Legal | Read privacy, terms, and third-party notices. |
3. Open the item within that page
For records, choose the item for the right event. For settings, choose the specific setting you need. A category page is the starting point; it may not show every detail until you open an item.
Expected result: you reach the page for your task or a selected record. Read empty-state or access messages instead of assuming missing records were deleted.
Find a registration, purchase, or payment
1. Start with Transactions
Open Transactions. Choose the category matching what you submitted:
| What you need | Category |
|---|---|
| Attendee registration or its payment | Event Rego |
| Merchandise purchase | Event Shop |
| Dealers Den registration | Dealers Den Rego |
| Point-of-sale purchase history | POS |
2. Match the event and open its record
Read the event name and record details, then open the correct item. For example, a merchandise purchase belongs under Event Shop, even if you also registered for that event under Event Rego.
3. Read status and next actions
Inspect the current status, payment details, and next step. Use the record’s own actions rather than starting a duplicate submission. For role or participation applications, begin with Applications instead.
Find account settings
1. Check profile readiness
Open Profile & account to see whether your attendee profile needs attention. Use Profile details to finish setup when asked.
2. Choose the setting to change
- Settings → Profile: display name, personal details, username, photo, phone, and address.
- Settings → Account & security: password, passkeys, authenticators, and the optional Furries PH Social link.
- Settings → Communications: email categories and SMS announcements.
3. Follow its save step
Each page has its own save behavior. Personal details and communications need an explicit save; Friends privacy switches save when changed. Read the success message for your action.
Use event pages for new submissions
Open the event and use its buttons for registration, shop, gifts, feedback, staffing, volunteering, activity, or Dealers Den. Availability depends on configuration and dates. A link does not guarantee a feature is open.
Common problems and next steps
- Staffing or Vollies absent: these depend on account access. Follow the organizer’s application instructions if you are seeking a role.
- Older bookmark lands elsewhere: some old bookmarks open current record or settings pages. Use the labels above to continue.
- List empty: check the account email, category, and whether you submitted that process.
- Old event missing from Events: open your saved record or the organizer’s direct link.
