Use this guide to find an upcoming event, check what is currently available, and choose the right action. Events can offer different processes, so start with the event’s own page.

Before you start

Have the event name or organizer’s official link ready if you are looking for a specific event. You can browse first, then sign in when an action needs your account.

Find and check an event

1. Open the events list

Go to Regosite Events and look under Upcoming events. Choose the card for the event you want.

This list focuses on upcoming events that are open for discovery. It leaves out past events and events closed to registration discovery, so it is not a complete archive. For an older event, use your saved transaction or application, or the organizer’s direct link.

2. Confirm it is the right event

Read the event name, dates, venue, organizer, and description. Check the location as well as the date: two similar event names can have different venues or organizers.

For example, before planning travel, confirm the date and venue on the event page rather than relying only on a shared image or an old message.

3. Check timing, price, and availability

Read registration opening and closing times, tier prices, and capacity information shown. A visible event does not guarantee that your preferred tier is available.

Different actions can have different windows. A shop might still be open while registration is closed, or an application might have its own deadline. Follow the current message beside the action you need.

4. Read what the form will need

Look for age rules, entry conditions, required attendee information, fursona requirements, and custom questions. Prepare those details before opening a time-sensitive form.

5. Choose the event’s available action

Use the button for the task you actually want. Depending on configuration, this may be registration, prefill, waitlist, shop, gift, activity, volunteering, staffing, or Dealers Den.

If you want to…Look for…
Join as an attendeeThe event’s registration action.
Prepare details before registrationA prefill option, when offered.
Wait for a possible placeA waitlist option, when offered.
Apply for a role or participationThe relevant application action.
Buy event merchandiseThe event shop.
Give another attendee supported event benefitsThe offered gift process.

Read registration options if the choices are unfamiliar. A prefill or waitlist request has a different result from a confirmed registration.

6. Sign in and review before submitting

Complete sign-in, profile setup, or the security challenge if asked. Return to the event and review the form, selected choices, price, and conditions before submitting. Do not assume all prefilled answers are still correct.

Expected result: you reach the event’s appropriate form or instructions. A place is confirmed only according to that process and the resulting record status.

If the event list is empty or outdated

1. Read the page message

No upcoming events at the moment means there are no matching events in the current discovery list. It does not erase existing registrations.

Choose Refresh events, or check again later. If the page says it is showing the last available list, use Try again and confirm current details before acting. You can also use a direct event link supplied by the organizer.

3. Check existing records separately

For something you already submitted, open Transactions or Applications. You do not need to find it again in the upcoming-events list.

Common problems and next steps

  • Event is visible but no registration button is available: read its current window and availability message; another process may still be offered.
  • Preferred tier is unavailable: review other available choices or a waitlist if the event offers one.
  • Old link opens a different screen: use the event’s current buttons and official organizer link.
  • You are unsure whether submission succeeded: check the saved transaction or application before creating another one.

Use the first-time checklist to prepare, or the Regosite tour to find saved records.
