Your First Time on Regosite
A simple checklist for making an account, filling in your details, and being ready before an event opens.

Think of Regosite as your event folder. Your account holds your details. Each event adds its own registration, payment, shop order, or application inside that folder.
Do these things first
- Make one account. Use an email address you can open now and near the event date.
- Confirm your email. Follow the newest email link or code if Regosite asks.
- Finish Profile Setup. Fill in every required field. Regosite sends you here before protected tasks when something important is missing.
- Add a profile photo if you want one. You can upload it during first setup or later in Profile settings. It is optional unless an event says otherwise.
- Choose a username carefully. Your
@usernamehelps friends find you and may be used for Pawsport issuing or reissuing. It is not the same thing as your legal name. - Read the event page. Check dates, registration opening time, price, rules, and whether the event is using normal rego, a waitlist, an application, or another path.
- Keep your payment app ready. Do not pay until you are looking at the correct event or order instructions.
The easy rule
Profile = information about you.
Registration = your place at one event.
Transaction = a record of something you bought, paid for, or need to manage.
Changing your profile later does not automatically rewrite a registration that you already submitted. Open the event record if you need to check the submitted details.
Before you press submit
- Re-read the event name and price.
- Use your real payment reference, not a screenshot filename.
- Save your receipt until the event is finished.
- Do not make a second registration just because the first one is waiting for review.
First-time FAQ
Why did Regosite send me away from the event page?
You probably need to sign in or finish Profile Setup. Complete that page, then return to the event. Regosite is preventing an incomplete account from creating a broken registration.
Can I use a different name online?
Yes, where the event and the profile allow it. Keep legal, preferred, display, badge, and fursona names in the places that ask for them. They mean different things.
Do I need to fill in every optional field?
No. Required fields have a required marker. Optional fields can still be useful for event-specific features, but only fill in what you are comfortable sharing and what the event needs.
I have more than one email. Which one should I use?
Use the one you can reliably access. Important confirmation, payment, waitlist, and organizer messages can go there.
