Resolve the issues attendees most often hit while using Regosite.

I cannot see the register button
The event may be closed, sold out, not yet open, restricted to prefill, or using another flow such as waitlist, gift, group rego, volunteer applications, activities, or Dealers Den.
I paid but status is not confirmed
Submitted payment proof still needs organizer review. Open the transaction detail and check whether your reference, proof image, amount, and payment account match the event instructions.
My reference is hidden
Some references unlock only after confirmation. Wait for organizer review, then refresh Transactions.
My form sent me to profile setup
Complete profile setup and return to the event. Regosite blocks protected flows when required account details are missing.
My shop QR is missing
Open the event shop order detail from Transactions. If payment or fulfillment is not ready, the claim QR may not be available yet.
My page looks stale
Refresh the page, sign out and back in, or close duplicate tabs. If you used a confirmation email, make sure it is the newest link.
