How attendee sign-in works and why Regosite may ask you to complete your profile.

Sign-in options
Regosite supports account access through the auth page. Depending on the current configuration, you may see password sign-in, passwordless email sign-in, passkeys, account creation, password reset, or email confirmation flows.
Protected pages redirect to sign-in when you are not signed in. Regosite keeps a safe return path so you can continue the event, registration, transaction, or settings page you came from.
Create an account
- Choose create account: Use the auth page and enter an email you can access during the event lifecycle.
- Confirm email when prompted: If Regosite sends a confirmation link or one-time code, finish that step before retrying the protected page.
- Complete profile setup: Add required attendee details. Regosite may block registration until your profile is complete.
- Return to the task: Go back to the event or transaction page after setup.
If sign-in loops
Check that your browser allows local storage for Regosite, that the confirmation link is the newest one, and that you are opening the same Regosite domain. If the page still loops, sign out, close duplicate tabs, and sign in again.
