What this guide helps you do

Register yourself for an event and find out whether your place is confirmed. Rego is short for registration. A tier is a registration package; inclusions are the items or benefits that come with it. Add-ons are optional extras you select separately.

Before you start

Sign in to your own Regosite account. Complete your personal profile if prompted, then check the event date, age requirements, registration deadline, and organizer instructions. Have your payment app and a way to save its receipt ready if the event charges a fee.

Your profile and the event form are separate. You may still need to answer event questions even with a complete profile. Organizers choose the sections and requirements, so follow the screens you actually see; some events skip sections or choose a tier automatically.

Step 1: Open the event and start registration

Choose the event on Regosite and read its description. Use its current registration button. If sign-in opens, sign in, return to the event, and choose that button again.

If Verify your attendee session appears, complete the displayed challenge and wait. This checks your session before opening the form. It does not reserve a confirmed ticket or confirm payment. Use Try again after a failed check, or Back to event to leave the dialog when available.

Step 2: Compare the registration packages

Choose an available tier and open its inclusion preview. Compare the price, quantities, designs, and benefits before continuing. For example, a package with a shirt and a package without one may have different questions and size choices.

Watch any capacity countdown. It is a temporary hold while you finish, not a confirmed place. If it expires, choose Back to event page and start again to check availability.

Step 3: Choose extras and sizes

Select the add-ons you want, then complete their questions and size selections. Check sizes for included items too. An extra may only be available for certain tiers or while stock lasts. If you do not want an optional extra, leave it unselected.

Read any included-design section. Some designs are assigned randomly. If the assignment needs another check, use Retry assignment and wait for the result before continuing. Check the final offering again on review.

Step 4: Fill in your attendee details

Enter your badge or display name as you want it used for this event. Answer every required event question. Changing an answer can reveal another question, so check the whole section again before choosing Continue. Complete a signature when the form asks for one.

A fursona is your furry character. Select a saved fursona when requested. Saying you will attend in a fursuit can require a fursona selection. Use Add fursona to create a basic one here, or manage artwork and reference sheets separately in your Fursonas page.

If your selection includes Discord or Telegram access, read the account-linking guidance. You can link the matching account now or later from Friends. When offered, Join the Discord server automatically is optional and needs permission to join; Give me a Telegram chat join link lets you open a link after registration becomes active. These choices do not make a pending rego active.

Step 5: Read the entry conditions

Open each Conditions of Entry document, read it through, and accept each required document individually. If the form labels acceptance optional, follow that label. A prefill does not accept conditions for your final registration.

If I understand the refund window has closed appears, read it carefully: attendee-requested refunds are no longer available. Continue only if you accept that condition.

Step 6: Complete payment when it is required

Enter an eligible coupon or affiliate code if you have one and the field is offered. Wait for the total to update before selecting the payment method. A code being typed does not prove a discount was accepted.

If Your prefill rewards shows an earned rego-tier discount, it is applied automatically to your eligible registration. Check the final total rather than subtracting it yourself. A personal shop coupon shown there is for the separate event shop, not a second registration discount; see Prefills and waitlists.

Choose the offered payment provider, then the receiving account shown on the payment screen. Check the account name, number, instructions, currency, and final total, including fees, discounts, subsidies, and rounding. Follow the payment screen rather than an old screenshot or saved account number.

Provide the required payment reference and receipt. A reference is the identifying number from your payment, not your badge name. Check the receipt is readable and matches this payment. Free registrations and gift redemption skip payment when none is due. See payment guidance if you need help with the offered method.

Step 7: Review and submit

Check the event, tier, inclusions, add-ons, sizes, attendee answers, receiving account, payment details, and final total. Use Back to correct a section. If a price or item changed, read the updated information before accepting it.

Choose Submit rego once and wait for the result. If the result is unclear, check Transactions before sending another payment or submitting again.

Step 8: Check whether your place is confirmed

Rego submitted! means your registration was sent; payment or another check may still be pending. Rego confirmed! means the confirmation shown has completed. Choose View transaction, or open Transactions → Event Rego, and read its current status and next action.

A reference or QR code can remain hidden until confirmation. Last known means Regosite is still checking the latest details: retry that check before relying on the record for entry.

Common problems and next steps

  • Continue is unavailable: look for unanswered required fields, unread conditions, missing payment reference or proof, an expired hold, or an update still in progress.
  • An item or tier changed: review the new choices and total; earlier availability is not guaranteed.
  • You saved a prefill: return for live registration and finish the remaining steps. A saved prefill is not a submitted rego.
  • You need to change a submitted rego: use refunds, upgrades, and transfers rather than starting another registration.

Once confirmed, use the event-day checklist to prepare your pass and arrival details.
