What group rego does
Group registration lets one organizer invite other attendees, coordinate selections, and submit a shared group when every member is ready. Availability depends on the event configuration.
Group rego is not the same as a normal single-person rego. Members may need to accept invites, choose their own tier or add-ons, and keep their profile complete before the organizer can submit.
Group organizer checklist
- Create the group: Start from the event page when group rego is available.
- Invite members by username: Make sure usernames are exact and the invited accounts are ready.
- Watch readiness: Members who have not accepted or completed selections can block submission.
- Review the combined total: Confirm every member’s tier, add-ons, sizes, and discounts.
- Submit payment details: Use the shared payment method and proof required by the event.
Member checklist
Accept the invite, confirm your selections, and tell the organizer if anything changes before submission. Do not assume the organizer can fix missing profile details for you.
