Use Dealers Den applications and dealer registrations without mixing them up with attendee regos.

Two different steps
Dealers Den can have an application step and a dealer registration step. An application asks the organizer to review your table, catalogue, portfolio, product categories, assistants, and other event-specific information. A dealer registration confirms the approved package, slots, payment, and event access.
Do not assume an application is the same as an approved dealer rego. Check the status shown in Applications and Transactions.
Application checklist
- Read requirements: Check merchandise rules, portfolio needs, adult material limits, and extra acknowledgements.
- Add assistants carefully: Assistants may need their own Regosite accounts and may need to accept.
- Submit proof if required: Some applications include an application fee or payment reference.
- Watch review status: Submitted, accepted, rejected, and reviewed statuses affect what you can do next.
Dealer rego checklist
After approval, choose the package and slot assignments, confirm any linked attendee regos or add-ons, submit payment information, and track the dealer rego from Transactions.
