Check-in basics
Check-in staff may search by rego reference, attendee account, display name, email, or organizer-specific lookup. Keep your confirmed transaction accessible and follow the event’s ID or age-check instructions.
If your payment is still submitted or rejected, staff may need organizer review before check-in.
Inclusion claims
Inclusions are items bundled with your rego tier, package, or add-ons. Examples can include badges, vouchers, merch, access items, or event-specific perks.
- Know what you selected: Review tier and add-ons in the transaction detail.
- Wait for staff direction: Do not mark items claimed yourself unless the event specifically asks you to use an attendee claim surface.
- Report mismatches calmly: If your item list differs from staff records, show the transaction detail and ask for organizer review.
After check-in
Regosite may show check-in or fulfillment summaries when the organizer exposes that data. These are evidence records, not a substitute for following onsite staff instructions.
