What event feedback is for

Share your experience or suggestions using the categories the organizer offers. Feedback does not replace urgent help, a payment query, or an entry problem. A receipt acknowledges delivery; it does not promise a reply.

Before you start

Prepare the details you want to share and decide whether you want follow-up contact. Check images for faces, names, or other identifying details before uploading. Keep a private copy of important text in case the form or session changes.

Step 1: Open the event’s feedback form

Open the event page and choose its feedback action. Read the description, availability message, and safety notice. Feedback can be scheduled, closed, or disabled. Categories depend on the organizer.

Read the safety notice. If offered, Use the official incident report form directs incident reports to their appropriate channel. For a broken website control, use Report a Website Problem.

Step 2: Choose a category and complete Details

Choose the category that best matches what you want to share. Answer the required questions in Details and check for follow-up questions revealed by your choices. Explain enough for organizers to understand the issue or suggestion. Review any attachments before adding them.

For example, if the event offers a venue category, use it for a suggestion about venue facilities. Follow the actual available categories rather than assuming every event offers that example.

Step 3: Check identity and follow-up contact

Mode shown in reviewMeaning
AnonymousThe response is described as anonymous. Avoid identifying yourself in answers or attachments if you want it to remain so.
Optional contactStay anonymous or explicitly share a follow-up email when offered.
Verified attendeeSign in to submit; the response is linked to your verified attendee account.

Text feedback can stay anonymous where allowed. Adding or replacing images requires sign-in even for anonymous text feedback. Read the actual review wording and consider the information contained in your attachments and answers.

Choose contact only when offered and wanted, then check the email carefully. Signing in to upload an image does not remove the need to read the actual identity wording. Answers and attachments can identify you even in a form described as anonymous.

Step 4: Read conditions and review

Choose Continue to Conditions, open the documents, read them, and complete required consent. Then choose Continue to review. Check your category, answers, attachments, identity mode, and contact email, and correct anything that does not match your intention.

Step 5: Submit and save your receipt

If verified attendance is required, use Sign in to submit first and review again after returning. Choose Submit feedback once and wait. When Thank you appears, save Your receipt privately, then choose Back to event.

You can submit another response afterward for another category. The receipt acknowledges submission; it is not an entry pass or a promise of a reply.

Common problems and next steps

Retry check checks the current form while keeping the visible draft. If fields or conditions could not load, use the offered Try again action. Submission can pause until the current form and conditions are ready.

A compatible draft can restore in the same browser session; changed form versions and accounts can affect restoration. Keep a private copy of important text. After an error, follow the offered retry and retain any successful receipt.

If a draft restores, review it before sending. If images cannot be added, sign in when prompted and follow the displayed upload requirements. If you need an urgent reply, contact the organizer through its support channel instead of relying on feedback delivery.
