What an FPH Pawsport is

An FPH Pawsport is a furry-event credential issued by staff. It can show your document details, digital stickers and stamps, and earlier credentials. This guide helps you claim a staff-created Pawsport and report an active one lost.

Before you start

To claim, have both the staff-provided credential value and the separate enrollment code ready. Sign in to the intended holder’s account. Keep both values private; having the physical document alone does not replace the enrollment code.

Step 1: Open your credentials

Sign in to your own account and open My Pawsports. The settings Pawsport link opens the same area.

An active credential can show holder, document number, check digit, expiry, status, and machine-readable zone. Prior credentials remain in Pawsport history; Digital stickers and stamps stay attached to their issued credential.

FPH Pawsports are furry-event credentials, not government passports. They do not replace a particular event’s registration and entry requirements.

The machine-readable zone, or MRZ, is the structured text identifying the document. NFC refers to its contactless tag; staff may provide that tag value as an alternative credential identifier.

Step 2: Enter the issued credential and enrollment code

Under Claim a Pawsport, enter the staff-provided document number, machine-readable zone (MRZ), or NFC tag value in Credential. Enter its separate Enrollment code in the other field. Copy both accurately; they serve different purposes.

Choose the claim action and wait for Pawsport claimed. These fields link an existing issued credential to its holder; they do not create a new one.

Staff must create and issue it first. Keep both values private; having a physical document does not replace the enrollment code. If details fail to refresh after a successful claim, retry details before claiming again.

Step 3: Check the holder and view history

After Pawsport claimed., let current details load and verify the holder, expiry, and status. If the holder is incorrect, contact issuing staff rather than attempting to claim it to another account.

Open Digital stickers and stamps for items attached to that issued credential, and Pawsport history for earlier documents. A replacement relationship shows which earlier credential was replaced. A historical credential can remain visible without an active one; check its status before using it.

Step 4: Disable an actually lost credential

Use Mark as lost for your active credential only when actually lost. Type MARK LOST, optionally add a note, and choose Disable lost Pawsport.

This disables check-in and credential lookup. Only Furries PH staff can restore it. History, stamps, and the link between an old document and its replacement remain visible. If the result is uncertain or refreshing, refresh details before another status change.

Common problems and next steps

Check your account, whether staff issued or enrolled it, its expiry/status, and any earlier lost report. Historical credentials can remain even with none active. Contact issuing staff for creation, restoration, replacement, or an incorrect holder; those controls are not in the attendee page.

If claiming fails, verify the credential spelling and separate enrollment code, then ask staff whether it was issued for you. If you later find a disabled document, contact staff about restoration; you cannot undo the lost report yourself.

For your visit, also prepare the confirmed event pass required by the organizer.
