What this guide helps you do
Find an existing purchase, understand its reference numbers, and follow a payment link without losing the form you need to finish.
Before you start, sign in to the account used for the purchase. If someone else bought something for you, check whether it is a gift or a purchase on their account rather than assuming it will appear as your own order.
1. Find the right kind of transaction
Open Transactions. Choose Transaction type, then select the category that matches what you bought.
| Category | What you can find there |
|---|---|
| Event rego | Your attendance package, add-ons, included items, payment summary, event pass, attachments, and eligible changes. |
| Shop order | Items purchased from the event shop, order reference, payment state, collection or delivery details, and order updates. |
| Rego gift | Gifts you sent or received, payment and redemption state, and Redeem gift when available. |
| Dealers Den | Your table registration, package, table crew, event pass, payment summary, and linked onsite purchases. |
| POS receipt | Purchases recorded at an event sales counter. POS means point of sale. |
Choose Current state to narrow the list: All states, Pending or in progress, Confirmed or completed, or Needs attention. These filters help you find records; read the individual record to see what its status actually means.
2. Open and check the saved record
Select the record for the correct event. Check its items or tier, payment details, and date. Use Load older event regos or Load more shop orders when those controls appear.
If a list fails to load, select Retry. If you returned from another page, your previous view may appear briefly while current details are checked. Wait for that check before acting.
3. Identify the reference you need
A reference is a number or code used to find a record. Several references can belong to one purchase:
- Rego reference: identifies your attendance record. It unlocks after confirmation; earlier you may see Reference unlocks after confirmation.
- Order reference: identifies your shop order. Use it when asking about an order or collecting items.
- Payment reference: helps match the money you sent to your purchase. The form may ask for your payment provider’s transaction number or give you a unique payment note to include.
For an illustrative example, an order code such as ORDER-EXAMPLE and a bank transaction number such as 1234567890 have different purposes. Use your actual displayed values. Do not put an order code into a field asking for a bank transaction number unless the instructions specifically say to do so.
4. Open the payment link from your form
In the purchase form, choose an available payment method and receiving account. Open its payment link and keep the original form open.
On Continue to [provider], check the event, Total to pay, and the method and account instructions. A provider is the payment service or banking app you will use. If a unique reference is shown, select Copy and include it in the provider’s payment note as instructed.
Continue to the provider and complete the payment. Check the result there and save the real receipt. Then close that payment window and return to your original Regosite form.
5. Finish the original form
Enter the required reference and upload the receipt. Complete conditions and final review, then submit the original form. Provider success does not submit this form for you.
Open Transactions again and check the saved purchase and its payment state. Follow Submit payment proof if you need more detail about the upload.
If something goes wrong
If a popup is blocked, use the secure payment link offered in the form. If the payment window says Payment link unavailable, close it and reopen the link from the original form; the previous link may be incomplete, expired, or already used.
If money was deducted but the record is still pending, check whether you finished the original form. Before paying again, read Payment problems and check your provider history.
You are finished when: you have found the correct saved record, know which reference to use, and have completed any required submission after paying.
