What this guide helps you do

Regosite can ask you to read rules before making a booking, submitting an application, buying a gift or shop order, or requesting a change. These rules explain what you are agreeing to for that action.

There are two kinds of information to keep separate:

  • Platform rules: the general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for using Regosite.
  • Event or booking conditions: rules for the event or the particular purchase or request, such as arrival requirements, refunds, transfers, or collection.

Read the conditions shown in the form you are using. Signing in to an account does not mean you have already accepted every event’s rules.

Before you start

Allow enough time to read the documents, especially if a booking has a time limit. Have the event’s contact information ready if a rule is unclear. Ask the organizer about the rule before agreeing to something you do not understand.

This guide explains how to find and complete the reading step. The event’s own documents set the actual policy.

Read the conditions in a form

Step 1: Reach the Conditions step

Follow your booking or application form until it presents its conditions. The exact number of steps can differ between events; some forms show fewer sections than others.

Check that the event name and action are correct. Rules for a shop purchase may differ from rules for a registration or refund request.

Step 2: Open each document shown

Use the document’s reading control and read it through. If the form asks you to finish reading before confirming, complete that requirement. Do not assume opening the document alone finishes the step.

Look for anything affecting your plans: dates, age or identification requirements, collection arrangements, cancellation rules, and additional charges. Only the documents provided for this action can tell you which of these apply.

After reading, use the acknowledgement or acceptance control shown. Some forms mark particular conditions as optional; follow the label rather than treating every choice as mandatory.

A separate acknowledgement—such as one about a closed refund window—needs its own attention when displayed. Read what it says before choosing.

Step 4: Continue and review your action

Use the form’s Continue or review control once its required conditions are complete. Review your booking details as well as your consent before final submission.

What happens next: completing the conditions lets you continue the form. It does not by itself submit an application, create an order, or confirm entry. Finish the remaining steps and check the final result.

Find the general platform documents

  1. Open Legal in Regosite.
  2. Choose Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Third-Party Notices.
  3. Check the dates shown and read the document you need.

The Privacy Policy explains the site’s handling of information. Third-Party Notices describe software used by the site; they are not another event booking form.

You can also open Legal directly.

Check the rules saved with an existing booking

  1. Open Transactions and select the matching booking or order.
  2. Look for the conditions recorded with that transaction, when available.
  3. Read those saved conditions when asking about a past purchase or change.

The current event page may have changed since you booked. The conditions saved with the transaction help you understand what was attached to that record. See Find your transaction if you cannot locate it.

If you cannot continue

  • A document still looks unread: reopen it and complete the reading action the form asks for.
  • Continue is disabled: check every required consent and any unanswered required question. An optional consent should be treated according to its label.
  • A document or button will not load: use the form’s retry control if offered. Preserve your answers before refreshing.
  • You disagree with or do not understand a rule: stop before submitting and contact the organizer.
